The Division of Conducting at TCU offers comprehensive graduate programs designed to develop skilled and versatile conductors.
Degree Programs
Whether you’re pursuing graduate training or a specialized performance diploma, we offer a range of advanced programs:
Graduate Degrees
- Master of Music with a Wind Band, Choral and Orchestral Conducting Emphasis
- Doctor of Musical Arts in Band, Choral and Orchestral Conducting
Applicants must complete both the general TCU admission application and a separate School of Music application, which includes a required prescreening video. Selected candidates will be invited to audition on campus.

Graduate Assistantships Available
Assistantships are available to qualified, full-time graduate students. Applicants must be admitted to the program, have an outstanding academic record and present favorable recommendations.
