Main Content

The 56,000-square-foot Mary D. and F. Howard Walsh Center for Performing Arts is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the Department of Theatre and School of Music. It features:
- PepsiCo Recital Hall: A 325-seat venue with exceptional acoustics, ideal for chamber ensembles, solo recitals and chamber opera.
- Hays Theatre: A 233-seat thrust theatre, complementing the proscenium stage in the nearby Buschman Theatre in Ed Landreth Hall.
- Piano Wing: Includes teaching studios, practice rooms and an electronic piano laboratory.
The center honors the legacy of the late F. Howard Walsh, Sr. '33, and his wife, Mary D. Fleming Walsh, both significant supporters of the arts at TCU and in the Fort Worth community.
