Andrea Karnes ’01
Master of Arts in Art History

As a curator, Andrea Karnes ’01 is renowned for bringing some of the most thought-provoking
and engaging exhibitions to the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. From conceptualizing
the show and negotiating for borrowed artworks to arranging the display, writing the
catalog and delivering lectures, Andrea draws on her Master of Arts in art history
to expertly manage every aspect of an exhibition.
Kira Daniel ’23
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet & Modern Dance
School for Classical & Contemporary Dance
Kira Daniel ’23 is emerging as a distinguished artist and leader in the dance world.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts Administration at Teachers College, Columbia
University, she is dedicated to advancing her education in both dance and social activism.
Trevor Scott ’22
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
Department of Design
From designing the iconic 96-foot TCU mural in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth to
applying his creative expertise in the field, Trevor Scott ’22 continues to make his
mark in the world of design. Trevor currently serves as a designer at Caliber Creative
in Dallas, a full-service branding agency.
Hilary Markley ’14

Department of Fashion Merchandising
Hilary Markley ’14 is the senior account executive and partner at Scott Harner & Company,
where she manages wholesale sales for prominent fashion brands such as AG Denim, Karina
Grimaldi, Sanctuary and Beyond by Vera. Her studies honed her creative and analytical
skills, enabling her to excel in her role and drive success and innovation within
her company.
Katie Kelly ’18
Master of Music in Trumpet Performance
School of Music
From running a private trumpet lesson studio to excelling at a leading marketing agency,
Katie Kelly ’18 exemplifies how a music degree can open doors to remarkable career
opportunities. After graduating from the School of Music, Katie worked as the communications
manager for the Fort Worth Symphony, where she later advanced to senior manager of
communications. Today, Katie applies her music degree skills as a social media manager,
where she excels in content strategy, creative concepting and brand building for entertainment
accounts.
Dawson Holder ’23

Inquiry: Entertainment Law with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Department of Theatre
Dawson Holder ’23 is forging a path in theatre and entertainment law at Cardozo School
of Law in New York City, bringing creativity and industry insight into his studies.
He customized his TCU education by combining courses in theatre, film, television,
radio media and arts leadership into a distinctive major tailored to his career goals.
