Symphonic Band
The Symphonic Band continues a rich tradition of exceptional performances, showcasing a diverse repertoire. The ensemble is composed of undergraduate music majors and students from various disciplines across the TCU campus, creating a dynamic mix of talent.
The ensemble performs wind music of artistic and historical significance, including works from the Texas University Interscholastic League 4A and 5A lists. Through rehearsal and performance, students learn a wide variety of compositional techniques, rehearsal processes and expressive possibilities.
Symphonic Band is offered during the fall and spring semesters.
