Composition Application Requirements for DMA

Submit applications by Dec. 1 for priority scholarship and assistantship consideration.

Complete all University and School of Music application requirements.
Upload an electronic portfolio of original scores as part of the School of Music Admission Application.

Interview with School of Music faculty.
Composers invited to campus are tested in the areas of keyboard literacy, orchestration and counterpoint.
