2026 Band Camp Schedule

Initial Meeting/Marching Band Registration
Our initial full band meeting will take place on Sunday, August 9th from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Van Cliburn Concert Hall. This meeting is required for all members and will cover both the camp schedule and the expectations for the season.
We will do full registration and instrument distribution on Monday, August 10th from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Additional information will be provided prior to registration.
Drum Corps International Students
All students participating with Drum Corps International should make plans to be at camp beginning on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 or before. While we understand this is a quick transition back from tour, it is necessary for the success of the ensemble for all members to be in attendance at as much of camp as possible.
Camp Schedule
This year, our band camp will begin with FULL BAND MOVE IN on Sunday, August 9th, 2026. All TCU band students should have received emails from housing regarding their specific move-in date and time. If for some reason your move-in is not scheduled on the correct date, please contact Mrs. Sharie Owens via email at s.owens@tcu.edu. Housing check-in begins at 9 a.m. Members who need to arrive early or late should contact the band office in advance.
