Stage Makeup & Hair Design

Colette is delighted and grateful to be a part of the TCU Theater the department. Along with teaching and mentoring at TCU, Colette is also head of the wig and makeup department at the Texas Ballet Theater for 20 years now, and recently designed both Ben Stevenson’s World Premieres: Midsummer Night’s Dream and Cirque du Ballet. Colette has designed many local theaters including, Casa Manana. She has also worked for the Santa Fe, Dallas and Fort Worth Operas and recently co-designed the Fort Worth Opera’s World Premiere of Zorro. Colette has also worked on Broadway touring shows, most recently: Cats and Elf as well as multiple film and other projects. In her spare time, she is a loving doctor’s wife and mom to two busy little boys, a yogini, a writer, womens’ group leader, illustrator and “CoCo” on the YouTube Channel’s “Kiki and CoCo Show.”
