New TCU Music Center

We’re building a world-class music program at TCU. The new TCU Music Center is essential to our success both in developing talent and bringing incredible performances to TCU and the Fort Worth community. As TCU director of orchestras Germán Gutiérrez reminds us, “By creating a better generation of musicians, we are developing stronger world citizens who will be ethical leaders and artists for the future.” Over 7,500 square feet of band and orchestra rehearsal space, as well as instructional facilities, faculty studios and practice rooms help us prepare the next generation of leading performers and educators.

At the heart of this new building, designed by BORA architects, is an intimate and acoustically perfect Van Cliburn Concert Hall at TCU. The 700-seat state-of-the-art hall will host outstanding musical performances to be enjoyed by music lovers, the TCU student body and the entire Fort Worth community. This new icon to creativity is positioned to become one more jewel in Fort Worth’s cultural crown.

You have the opportunity to leave your mark on this beautiful building that will significantly transform our campus, programs, students and the Fort Worth performing arts community. Learn more about the Van Cliburn Concert Hall at TCU Seat Campaign.

Your investment will build more than a concert hall. It will establish a legacy for TCU and ensure that music continues to play a central role in a liberal arts education.
