Nathan Grissett is a second-year Master’s student and Graduate Assistant in the TCU Percussion Studio.  While at TCU, he has played with the six-time Percussive Arts Society International Percussion Ensemble Competition winning TCU Percussion Orchestra and has helped teach the TCU Horned Frog Band drumline and front ensemble. He has played in two PAS IPEC winner concerts in Indianapolis: one with TCU and one with his undergraduate alma mater, The University of Alabama, where he received his degree in Music Education.  He has ample playing and teaching experience in drum set, concert percussion, and marching percussion, including both battery and front ensemble. His current and past teachers include Brian West, Jeff Hodge, Joey Carter, Andrew Lynge, Kevin Welborn, Mark Lanter, and Lauren Teel.
