Stage, Event & Production Management Prescreen

A digital production/stage management portfolio and/or other visual support materials.

Items may include: 

• A current theatrical résumé outlining production experience, leadership roles, and relevant theatre involvement.
• A curated portfolio demonstrating your work in stage, event, and production management. Portfolios may include prompt books, calling scripts, production paperwork, calendars, daily schedules, reports, or other materials that showcase your organizational and technical skills. Portfolios may be presented as a personal website, PowerPoint, Canva presentation, or PDF.
• Supplemental materials that highlight your experiences, interests, and accomplishments beyond the classroom. Examples may include employment, volunteer service, community engagement, mission trips, leadership activities, or other experiences that demonstrate your character and initiative.
• Submission of your current high school GPA, SAT, and/or ACT scores are optional.

•  This media can be ANYTHING you want: a special skill, an interesting story about yourself, a passion speech, an instrument that you play, etc. “What do you want us to know about you?” and “What makes you unique?” 
• Submissions should be no more than 60 seconds.

In addition to performance auditions or portfolio requirements, the following items are required to complete your Acceptd profile: 

• Two letters of reference that speak to character and artistic promise. Letters must include recommender’s contact information.
• Complete resume of theatre or artistic work—honors, recognitions, awards, activities, history of theatre employment, etc.
• Photograph—professional headshot not required.
• One-page personal statement explaining professional aspirations and accomplishments.
