At the Department of Theatre, you’ll grow intellectually and personally, gaining the specific knowledge and skills needed for a successful career. Our programs emphasize learning by doing, encouraging you to step outside the classroom and turn your ideas into action.
We maintain strong connections with local theatres, offering diverse internship opportunities throughout the academic year in roles such as actors, production assistants, set designers, assistant production technicians and more.
Every other year, we partner with a professional theatre for a co-production, offering students the opportunity to work alongside Equity actors and industry professionals.
