How has your experience in the College of Fine Arts prepared you for your next step?
My experience in the College of Fine Arts pushed me to think creatively while learning how to communicate and connect with people in meaningful ways. Through classes, projects and leadership experiences, I learned how to bring ideas to life, adapt quickly and collaborate under pressure. TCU also gave me the confidence to step into professional spaces and trust my creativity and perspective, especially within marketing, branding and relationship-building.

What has been a highlight or defining moment during your time at TCU?
One of the defining moments of my time at TCU was attending both New York Fashion Week and the NRF Conference in New York City. Experiencing those environments firsthand introduced me to creatives, professionals and leaders in the fashion, retail and marketing industries. Networking with industry professionals and building those relationships pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me realize how important communication, creativity and storytelling are within these fields. Those experiences gave me the confidence to pursue opportunities that once felt out of reach.

What are your plans after graduation, and what are you most excited about next?
After graduation, I will move to Austin, Texas, where I will begin a role supporting talent representation within the NFL while also working with University of Texas football recruiting. I am excited to continue growing within the sports and marketing industries while combining creativity, communication and sports in a professional setting.

How has your experience in the College of Fine Arts prepared you for your next step?
My time at TCU and in the College of Fine Arts has been transformative. From fashion drawing to patternmaking and everything in between, the program provided me with technical knowledge and creative skills that I will carry with me into the fashion industry. Beyond the classroom, I found an incredible support system through professors and classmates who became like family. I am graduating as someone my freshman-year self would be proud of.

What has been a highlight or defining moment during your time at TCU?
There have been countless highlights during my time at TCU, but one that stands out was my freshman year during TCU’s run to the College Football Playoff National Championship. The energy on campus throughout the season and after the Fiesta Bowl created a sense of connection and school spirit unlike anything I had experienced before. That feeling of community continued throughout my time at TCU and became one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience.

What are your plans after graduation, and what are you most excited about next?
After graduation, I will continue my fashion journey as an apparel design intern with Double D Ranch, a Texas-based luxury western clothing brand located in the Fort Worth Stockyards. I am excited to work in both the design and western fashion industries, which feels like the perfect combination of my interests and goals.
