Celebrating 150 Years of Fine Arts at TCU

Kick-off TCU’s 150th anniversary with “A Sesquicentennial Fine Arts Spectrum,” an evening of performances and presentations showcasing the extraordinary talents in the College of Fine Arts on Jan. 23.

Experience compelling collaborations among music, dance and theatre at the inspiring Van Cliburn Concert Hall; embrace the history of TCU fashions through the decades; and explore art and design reflecting the future.

Since the 1873 inception of Music and Art courses at AddRan Male and Female College in Thorp Spring, Texas, the fine arts have been an integral part of the history, mission and values of TCU. Today, the College of Fine Arts is a world-class center for innovation and empowers Horned Frogs to Lead On creatively in a global society.
