SKY Campus Happiness Program
SKY Campus Happiness Program is a total well-being program designed to help students, faculty and staff achieve their fullest potential. Participants will learn breathwork-based techniques to decrease stress and increase peace and focus in a weekend workshop.
The online program is offered by the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) and the Art of Living Foundation, with the program taught at over 100 campuses in the United States.
- The Online SKY Campus Happiness Retreat is a three-day program conducted on Zoom, totaling nine hours. To fully benefit from the program and master the practice, participants must attend all three days.
- Participants are required to complete two surveys before the Retreat. Survey 1 and Survey 2 must be taken with at least a two week gap between them. Dr. Reddy will send out Survey 2 when it’s close to the appropriate time to complete it.
