Join Dr. Kristen Queen, Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Instructor, in an all-levels yoga class. Participants are encouraged to dress in clothing that is comfortable and allows for movement of the body. While a limited number of mats will be available, please consider bringing your own mat.
