Texas Christian University’s Design program was ranked #31 out of 217 schools nationwide. This puts the school’s program in the Top 15% of all Design programs in the United States.

BFA in Graphic Design

The BFA is a professional degree that prepares graduates to enter the workforce as designers and/or art directors upon graduation.

Areas of Study

The Department offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design and a Bachelor of Science in design studies. Students are challenged in an academic and artistically rigorous environment and mentored by faculty composed of design professionals.

In addition to the wide variety of university-wide scholarships and aid, the Department of Graphic Design awards several scholarships on the basis of creative performance, including the Nordan Young Graphic Designer Award and merit scholarships.
