Symphonic Band
The TCU Symphonic Band honors a tradition of outstanding performances and recordings of high-quality repertoire. Members include a combination of undergrad music majors and musicians across the TCU campus.
The TCU Symphonic Band focuses on wind music of artistic and historical significance. Repertoire selections include works on the Texas University Interscholastic League 4A and 5A list. Through rehearsal and performance of this range of repertoire, students learn a wide variety of compositional techniques, rehearsal processes and expressive possibilities.
Symphonic Band is offered during the fall and spring semesters.
