In order to ensure the safety of the SOM Community during the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, groups of more than 3 students must provide a detailed proposal submitted 10-days prior to the in-person, on-campus rehearsal.

All events must agree to the following:
• Participants are required to wear masks at all times
• TCU social distancing rules and room capacities must be observed
• Only current TCU faculty, staff, or students are permitted, No guests, outside visitors or alumni
• No outside food or drink. Any catering must be provided by SODEXO
• Organization is responsible for clean-up after the event
• Event time is strictly limited to 60 minutes – any event requiring an extended timeframe needs to be virtual (on Zoom) or scheduled through the BLUU/Student Affairs Office
