About
Kaitlynn Yardley is a committed and enthusiastic teacher who has maintained a private studio since 2013. She strives to teach her students problem solving skills, and to instill a love of music that will inspire them to continue making music throughout their lives.

Kaitlynn received her Bachelor of Music in piano pedagogy from Weber State University in Utah, where she was nominated as outstanding graduate of the music department. At Weber State, she served the MTNA collegiate chapter in many positions, including two years as president and one year as vice president. Her teaching experience includes private instruction through the WSU Piano Preparatory Program and Imagine Music Ogden, as well as group classes at the non-profit Mundi Project of Salt Lake City.

Kaitlynn is continuing to develop her teaching and performing skills by pursuing a Master of Music at TCU, where she was awarded a teaching assistantship. She is studying pedagogy with Dr. Ann Gipson and applied piano with Dr. Tamás Ungár.
