About
Sheri Oestreich recently completed her Master’s degree in flute performance from Texas Christian University. While studying at TCU, she taught as a graduate assistant for Music Prep while also teaching secondary lessons and beginning flute methods on campus. She received her Bachelor’s in flute performance from Central Washington University, along with a minor in nonprofit administration, during which time she first began teaching privately. A few years after graduation Sheri moved to Arlington, TX where she has been living and teaching since 2015. She often serves as a judge for local contests and festivals, and is a frequent performer with various ensembles throughout the metroplex.
